Winter Training
Stay Sharp All Winter
Player development doesn't stop when the outdoor season ends.
BJSA's Winter Training Program gives players the opportunity to continue improving their technical skills throughout the offseason in an indoor environment.
Winter training focuses heavily on individual player development through smaller training groups and increased touches on the ball.
Winter training is designed to prepare players for the upcoming spring and fall seasons while helping them maintain and improve their skills year-round.
Training is available for recreational players looking to improve as well as travel players preparing for competitive play.

Training sessions may include:
- Ball control

- Passing accuracy
- Finishing
- Speed of play
