Photo and Video Release Authorization
Throughout the soccer season, Bloomfield Junior Soccer Association may photograph or record players, teams, coaches, volunteers, and spectators during practices, games, tournaments, ceremonies, and other club-sponsored activities.
No personal information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or other confidential information will ever be published.
Parents or legal guardians are asked to indicate their consent during registration by selecting one of the following:
- I authorize Bloomfield Junior Soccer Association to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.
- I do not authorize Bloomfield Junior Soccer Association to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child for promotional purposes.
Parents may update or revoke their consent by submitting a written request to BJSA at any time. BJSA will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of images after receiving such a request, though previously published materials may not be able to be recalled.
These images and videos may be used for promotional and educational purposes, including:
- BJSA website
- Social media platforms
- Printed marketing materials
- Newsletters
- Flyers
- Sponsor recognition
- Local newspapers
- Community presentations
- Fundraising campaigns
