2026 FUTSAL U10-U14 TURNANMENT REGISTRATION

SATURDAY MARCH 28,2026

FEE:$250 PER TEAM, deposit fee $50

Pay balance with check (payable to Bloomfield Premier Futsal League or (BPFL)

Why Futsal? Futsal is a highly effective game for developing technical soccer skills, comfort with the ball, quick movements and short passing, with maximum number of touches per game (significantly more than conventional indoor soccer). Futsal, popular worldwide, is actively being promoted by US Soccer for skills development and it’s gaining in popularity and followers. How? Futsal is played 5v5 with a smaller, low bounce ball and quick restarts. The low bounce ball is easier to control and pass/receive in tight spaces, keeping it on the ground and in play longer. Quick restarts keep the actions going, and make for a high pace exciting game. It encourages problem solving and creativity from the players. About our league: 2 newly renovated side by side courts and regulation size Futsal goals.

2025-2026 Coaches Volunteers Registration

VOLUNTEER

VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED!!!

In order to keep this club affordable for all Bloomfield children, BJSA is a 100% parent run - volunteer organization.

We need parents/guardians to volunteer to coach teams or assist other parents with this task.

This club would not exist if not for the dedication and commitment of parents like you!!!

Please consider volunteering to coach. Experience is not necessary as there will be coaching clinics.

Please consider volunteer,

A $10 none volunteer fee will be added to your cost this is so that we can coordinate enough coaches/ teams for the Fall season.

All practice and games are held at 330 Park Ave Bloomfield CT

2026 Spring Travel Registration

2026 SPRING TRAVEL LEAGUE SOCCER

The BJSA Travel League is for girls and boys U7-15 who are more advanced and have previous soccer experience. Because players must qualify in order to play in the travel league and because there are a limited number of spots available on each travel team, each player must be approved by the Travel League Committee before they can register for the travel program. Players that register for the Travel League without prior approval will have their registration transferred to the Recreation League.

Returning travel players (players that played in the most recent prior session) are automatically approved and will be placed on a travel team as long as they have registered and paid prior to the registration deadline.

New players (players that did not play on a BJSA team during the last season or rec players wishing to advance to travel) must be approved before they may register for the Travel League. If you are a new player interested in joining a travel team, contact:
